The rate is per week from sundy to Sunday 5.00 pm to next Sunday 10.00 am.
Deposit 30% when booking, balance at arrival.
Children count for an adult.
Maximum 5 pers. / villa 2 rooms (1 bedroom).
Maximum 7 pers. / villa 3 rooms (2 bedrooms).
Cleaning end of stay at your expense or charged 50 €.

Extra charge from the fith person : 110 €per week and per person..
Holding of the accommodation from 5 pm. Presentation of the keys on the day of departure before 10 am.
Supplement from the 5th person from 110 € per week per person.

Conditions:
Rates include: water, gas, electricity, all linen (sheets, towels).
Mode of payment: check EEC mandate, cash, travelers checks, checks.
Cards not accepted.
The mini-city must be made in a similar state of cleanliness on the day of arrival.
(Option household: 50 €)
A deposit of 500 € will be requested on arrival and returned upon departure.
